• Backups are checked before being marked successful. Interrupted copies stay separate from completed snapshots.
• A missing backup folder remains visibly flagged, even when a local fallback succeeds.
• Restore changes and bookkeeping commit together; a failure rolls back the operation.
• Login limits survive restarts. Private uploads authenticate before their bodies are processed.
• LAN access requires HTTPS. Windows static-file paths are handled correctly.
• Normal shutdown makes a final snapshot when the backup destination is available.
